Terms & Conditions of Service

By subscribing to the Dexanet service provided by PT. ADEAKSA INDO JAYATAMA, customers are deemed to have read and agreed to the following terms.

1. Service

• Internet service is provided according to the selected package (speed, price, and features).
• The speed indicated is the maximum speed up to our network termination point.
• The borrowed devices (ONU/router) remain the property of the provider and must be returned upon termination of subscription.

2. Payment & Isolation

• Invoices are issued every billing cycle and must be paid before the due date.
• Late payments will result in automatic isolation of the service until payment is received.

3. Fair Use

• Using the service for illegal activities is prohibited, including copyright infringement, fraud, or the dissemination of illegal content.
• Reselling the service without an official partnership agreement is prohibited.

4. Disruptions & Compensation

• Disruption reports are handled in order with a maximum response target of 1×24 hours.
• Mass disruptions due to force majeure (disasters, area power outages, cable vandalism) are excluded from compensation.

5. Changes to Terms

The terms may be updated at any time and will be communicated through this site or our official channels.
